Transformasi pembelajaran ke arah digital terjadi diberbagai jenjang pendidikan, namun, kemampuan literasi digital pendidik anak usia dini belum sepenuhnya teridentifikasi. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kemampuan literasi digital guru PAUD pada masa pandemik COVID-19 dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari Lindfors et al. (2021) kepada 24 responden di 13 lembaga PAUD di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berorientasi pada tematik analisis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi digital guru PAUD selama pandemik COVID-19 masih tergolong kurang mahir dalam menggunakan perangkat digital selain smartphone dan mengintegrasikan aplikasi/software edukasi untuk pembelajaran. Guru menyadari perubahan besar terkait kebutuhan dan tuntutan untuk menggunakan perangkat dan aplikasi digital, namun, untuk menghasilkan konten pembelajaran secara autentik yang melibatkan penggunaan teknologi belum maksimal dilakukan.
