Saat ini kekerasan tidak hanya dilakukan oleh orang tua  ke anak, namun bisa saja sebaliknya. Berbagai fakta mengejutkan sering kali dilaporkan baik oleh institusi pendidikan maupun orang tua  akan hal tersebut. Kondisi yang memprihatinkan ini perlu menjadi perhatian dari berbagai pihak salah satunya dengan pendidikan karakter sejak usia sekolah dasar. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran kontekstual. Penelitian yang dilakukan selama bulan Ramadhan ini menggunakan teknik wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga tema yang muncul. Tema tersebut adalah pandangan orang tua  terhadap pembelajaran daring, cara implementasi pendidikan karakter dengan pembelajaran kontekstual, dan hambatan proses belajar daring. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi guru dan roangtua untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter pada anak selama pembelajaran daring dilakukan
