Penelitian bertujuan untuk melakukan peningkatan kemampuan sosial di kelompok B TK Tunas Insan Kamil Kota Serang Banten. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan (Action Research). Subjek penelitian di kelompok B1 Tk Tunas Insan Kamil Kota Serang Banten berjumlah 12 anak yang terdiri dari 6 anak perempuan dan 6 anak laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan sosial melalui kegiatan bermain kartu estafet, yaitu kemampuan sosial pada pra siklus sebesar 48,16% dari 12 anak, pada tes akhir siklus I didapatkan peningkatan kemampuan sosial anak sebanyak 66,88% dari 12 anak yang artinya terdapat peningkatan sebanyak 18,72% dari pra siklus namun belum mencapai target yang diharapkan sehingga dilanjutkan pada siklus II yang diakhir pertemuan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan sosial anak sebesar 84,17% dari 12 orang siswa yang artinya mencapai target 71%. Indikator kemampuan sosial yang digunakan yaitu berperilaku sesuai dengan tuntutan sosial, berinteraksi dengan orang lain, dan bekerjasama. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kegiatan bermain kartu estafet dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sosial anak.
