Abstract


Di era perkembangan saat ini, kesejahteraan dan kejayaan masyarakat dan bangsa bergantung pada masukan kreatif berupa ide-ide baru, penemuan baru, dan teknologi baru. Urgensi dari kemampuan kreatif tidak bisa dihindari di tengah persaingan global yang semakin ketat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengembangan kreativitas anak menggunakan bahan alam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan pendekatan tematik. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada ada empat tema yakni bahan alam yang mendukung kreativitas, kegiatan yang mendukung penggunaan bahan alam, peran guru, dan kelemahan penggunaan bahan alam. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan bagi guru prasekolah untuk memperbaiki kualitas proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat memunculkan proses berpikir kreatif pada anak menggunakan bahan yang mudah diperoleh.
